Our Investment Philosophy

If we cannot explain why the Company is different than its peers in one sentence, we do not invest.

Typically, we invest in companies that established a distinct
position in the market, carry a certain competitive edge, and most importantly have the potential
and motivation to become a best-in-class market leader.

While we do not have a cookie cutter approach in identifying these
opportunities, there are fundamental attributes that we look for:

Value added business model

We are looking for firms that have a distinct product or service that delivers true value add to its customers. This value add can come in many different forms such as a differentiated product, an exceptional level of service or addressing a specific need in an efficient way.

Great aspirations

We invest in businesses that we believe we can transform into something bigger and better. While we are very capable in igniting change to the Companies we invest, we cannot artificially induce motivation and drive for change. Hence, we need to see the fundamental drive for change in our prospective companies

Competitive edge in the market

The Companies we invest in will typically have a distinct market position that is secured by a differentiating edge. Typically, if we cannot explain why the Company is different than its peers in one sentence, we do not invest.

High ethical standards

We live by achieving high ethical standards in the way we conduct business, and we expect nothing less from our portfolio Companies.
